Well this is a tough one for me because I deal with so many infuriating people on a daily basis. Sure, I have a say in which authors we bring in to Lavigne House, but not every great book is written by a great person. Even more so, I’m dealing with media, venues, printers, designers, the entire process of bringing a book to market is grueling, and when you get that many people involved in any process, things get sticky.
But we could all get through the day, our lives, much better if we focus on the big picture. Leave issues behind, resolve yourself to leave the past in the past, don’t hold grudges, treat each day as a new day that might be your best day ever – because wouldn’t you feel terrible if you missed your best day ever by dwelling on the past?
